It's 5 PM and we're still waiting out here, but we feel lucky to have 2 K2M people here to keep us informed. Mike has been in there pretty much the whole time, but he occasionally text messages Gracie, who then tells us what's going on, so we are past..."exposing" they've done the ostio-whatevers, (cleaning out the old stuff) , putting in the pedicle (spelling??) screws, and they have the 2 long rods in, the ones that will correct the problems on the top of the back....now we think they are working on the shorter ones that will correct the "spondy" (lower back issues) We were originally told that they wouldn't be done till about 7 PM, but now that they are going in from only the back and not the back and side, they say it will be sooner.....However, they also say Dr. B is a "perfectionist", so I guess he will take his time....which is fine with me!
Mike just came out and said they're finishing up now, so we should post soon!
